 , it encompasses everything\, whether potential energy or kinetic energy\,
  it is a scientific fact that it is there. In witchcraft\, we direct energ
 y\, focus it\, put it towards a goal. Have you ever held your hand out and
  with your mind\, visualized energy coming out of your hand and forming in
 to a ball of energy? It usually involves directing your energy down one ha
 nd\, and bringing it back in with the other. What about stretching out you
 r arm pushing energy down your fingers\, directing it to a purpose or goal
 ? This is the beginning of energy work. What are your thoughts? Format: di
 scussion. You're welcome to participate as a skeptic\, a master\, or a cur
