📄 Devotional Lead — Role Description

What does a Devotional Lead do?

The Devotional Lead is in charged of facilitating our weekly devotional practice at the beginning of each Wednesday night discussion. That means:

  • Introducing the process to newcomers
  • Delivering the Charge of the Goddess (or God, or Sacred Between) from memory under a light invocation

  • Guiding participants through the sharing of:

    • what they are proud of lately
    • what they are grateful for
    • what they intend going forward
  • Leading the Witches' Rune chant and helping spin the energy up to the gods

What we're looking for in a Devotional Lead
