What does a Ritual Setup / Tear Down volunteer do?

Ritual Setup and Tear Down is in charge of getting our spaces ready for ritual, and then resetting them afterward. That means:

• Setting up tables and chairs as needed, including quarter, altar, and other functional tables
• Decorating the space
• Prepping signage
• For sabbat rituals, help prepping feast and raffle tables as well as other activities
• For outdoor / light-half sabbat rituals, this includes unloading the trailer and hauling everything down the hill in wagons, and packing back up at the end of the evening
• Cleaning up trash, washing dishes, and otherwise tidying up after the ritual

What we're looking for in ritual work volunteers

You must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently. Directions and guidance on the specifics for each ritual will be provided.

What to bring

You don't need anything but yourself!

The space

Events are generally held either at Weavers of the Web's physical building on Center Street or the Fenner Center's scout campground (unless otherwise noted in the task description). 

Attendance

Expect 20-50 attendees at most rituals; however, the crowd is usually much thinner during set-up and teardown.

Logistics

• This is a physical job
• Make sure to coordinate with clergy about the details for each event
• A check-in process for guests is coming soon; details will be communicated when it's in place.
