When the world is loud and panic is settling in, you don't need another lecture on how to "just relax." You need an off switch that you can rely on outside the safety of the Circle.

Iron Stillness is a quiet, practical ritual practice that uses rhythmic breathing, simple grounding posture cues, and a subtle internal beat (no drums required) to steady your body and focus your mind. We'll practice entering and exiting the trance safely, turning down the volume on anxiety in the moment, and building a daily practice you can take home and build on.

This is for con overwhelm, social anxiety, sensory overload, and other panic-laden moments that modern society might throw your way.

What we'll do

  • Learn posture cues that provide grounding support without strain
  • Practice a quiet "breath and beat" method that travels with you
  • Rehearse safe entry and safe exit, so you know how it feels
  • Troubleshoot common obstacles
  • Build a 2-minute and a 5-minute version for daily practice

You'll leave with a script for a reusable practice, a clear off-switch protocol that allows you to remain in control, and the confidence to remain grounded and clear no matter what the world brings.

You can participate seated or standing, eyes open or closed, and step in or out of the practice at any time. This is a spiritual skill-building class, not a substitute for medical care or therapy.
