How To Join

Take an oath at any Weavers Shield Wall or Sabbat ritual. 

The full Shield Wall Ritual is presented when we travel to festivals and other events away from home. In this ritual, participants have the opportunity to take any or all eight oaths at once, under the training and guidance of Odin and Freya. It's an immersive experience designed to give you the full feeling of becoming one member of a full community welcoming you home.

Each of our Sabbat rituals, presented at the eight solar quarters and cross-quarters, presents an opportunity to take the associated oath. 

Either way you join, everything else follows from that single step. The Shield Wall Path provides a full program of additional focused training opportunities in community safety, mutual aid, spellcraft, and leadership.

You don't have to be ready for all of it. Although the path to clergy begins with this first step, you don't have to commit to anything beyond that first oath.
