National Day of Prayer
Michigan State Capitol Steps, 7-9pm
The Satanic Temple of Michigan has reserved the Capitol steps on the National Day of Prayer and opened the evening to other traditions who want to offer prayer, invocation, or ritual in public. They invited us. We said yes. The time changed on May 5 to 7pm, so if you get there early, please be patient.
Lord Solinox and Rev. Castle will be there with whoever from our community wants to come. We may keep it simple with a prayer and a blessing. Or if enough of us show up, we'll make it a little more. Either way, Weavers will be represented at the seat of our state government on a day that has historically excluded us.
Come if you can. Robes welcome but not required.
