Broken bodies don't mean less magick. They mean different skills.
A lot of witchcraft advice quietly assumes you've got endless energy, perfect focus, a pain-free body, and a brain and body fond of incense smoke and long hikes in the woods. Cute, but not universal.
In this workshop, we'll treat disability like what it actually is in practice: design specifications. Pain, fatigue, mobility or sensory limits, sensitivities, chronic illness flare patterns, brain fog, anxiety, medication side effects—whatever your particular zebra combination is becomes information we can design around.
Disability doesn't need a pity party or more determination. We can craft our Craft with personal adjustments that keep the meaning and energy while making the work accessible and sustainable.
What we'll do
- A quick "design spec" check-in — no forced sharing, but often we can give each other insights
- A walk through Solinox's toolkit: trance options, grounding options, ritual structure options
- A build session where you get to start assembling your own toolkit
- A short, closing practice with Iron Stillness
This workshop is for anybody who has felt excluded at any point by accessibility issues in witchcraft or in the larger Pagan community. When you know how to work with your body in ritual, you can communicate your needs better in any ritual or spiritual space.
All accommodations are welcome here. Bring something to take notes!
Come build witchcraft that fits YOU.
