Reserve a 10x10 outdoor booth space at Welcome Summer Festival. This space is suitable for a standard pop-up canopy and table setup and is located within the main vendor area of the event.

This event takes place at Lake Lansing Park South and runs rain or shine. Vendors may begin setup at 8:00am and must remain set up until 6:00pm.

You provide:

Your own canopy (no stakes in the ground)
Tables
Chairs
Display setup
Power (if needed)

We welcome makers, readers, artists. and community businesses.

On your registration form, please include a brief description of what you are selling and your website and logo we can help promote you.

Help us transform Lake Lansing Park South into a festival. Setup happens the morning of June 6 starting at 8am. No experience needed, just willing hands. Earn Torchbearer credits in the Shield Wall.

Volunteer – Daytime Helper

Floating support during the festival: helping attendees find their way, supporting vendors, general gopher. You'll still get to enjoy the event. Earn Torchbearer credits in the Shield Wall.

Volunteer – Teardown Crew

Help us leave the park cleaner than we found it. Teardown starts at 6pm after the festival closes. Usually done within 90 minutes. Earn Torchbearer credits in the Shield Wall.
